My name is Maria Jabke, and I am a visual artist. I was born and raised in the Republic of Moldova, in a village near Chișinău, where nature, simplicity, and the freedom of childhood shaped my artistic sensibility. My first drawings were scribbles on the walls of my mother’s house, and since then, color and form have become the language through which I express my inner world.
My artistic journey began at the Art High School in Chișinău and continued in Romania, in Brașov. Over time, I went through periods of pause and rediscovery, through the role of motherhood, and then through an artistic rebirth, once I created my own studio – a sacred space where I allow myself to express freely and to explore my inner universe.
My painting lies between two worlds: figurative and abstract, fragility and strength, minimalism and exuberance. Sometimes I seek the intensity of raw colors and forms, while other times I am drawn to the sensuality of the body, the mystery of the gaze, or the industrial textures that inspire my collections. Each work is for me an experiment, a confession, and a mirror of what I live.

I have created a personal ritual that I call NeoroCrom – a way of life that unites painting, meditation, nourishment, creative exercises, and sacred everyday gestures. Through NeoroCrom , art becomes for me a process of transformation and reconnection with myself.
Through my works, I want to transmit emotions, provoke reflection, and build a bridge between what is visible and what is hidden in the depths of each of us.
