It was a simple day, but a heavy one. I was tired — not just physically, but from somewhere much deeper. I felt like I had lost myself in tasks, plans, and expectations — and I no longer knew where my center was. That’s how it all began. Not with a brilliant idea, but with a deep need: to come back to myself.
I started a 30-day process I called Reset30, without knowing exactly where it would lead. I just knew I needed a sacred space for myself, where I could breathe, paint, listen, touch, cry, laugh, and be reborn. That’s when the warm baths with herbs appeared, slow movements through my home, color spread with my palms, simple white food, morning rituals. Every gesture became an anchor.
On day 30, I felt I had to close the circle. I dressed in white, put on music, laid the canvas on the floor, and began painting — with my hands and feet — a living heart, imperfect but whole. It was my energetic signature. And in that moment, I knew:
I had created more than a painting. I had created a language. A method. A color-map back to myself.
I called it NeoroCrom — a word that sounds like both the future and memory.
“Neoro” — because everything I was doing felt like inner reprogramming.
“Crom” — because I was using color as medicine.
NeoroCrom, to me, is a way of speaking without words.
A way to understand my body through movement, to honor my emotions through pigment, to turn pain into something beautiful. It’s ritual, it’s art, it’s healing, it’s expression. There’s no one fixed form. It’s alive. Sometimes it’s on canvas, sometimes it’s on skin, in motion, in voice, in food, in scent, in sound.
I didn’t create NeoroCrom “for others.”
I created it so I could stay with myself when the world got too loud.
But now, I know there are many who need the same thing: a space to find yourself again — through color, through gesture, through the senses.
So I’m sharing it.
Not as a perfect method, but as a living space for exploration.
Whoever feels the calling will know exactly what to do.
The color will guide you.
